About the Chef: Chef Nick Christensen brings 15 years of culinary experience and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. His career has taken him from humble beginnings at Swensons to acclaimed kitchens including Napa Prime Chophouse, Firebirds, Speers Steakhouse, and Ritual House. Now at Montour Heights Country Club, Chef Nick brings his experience, creativity, and love of cooking to fresh menus and exciting daily offerings for members.
This year, guests can choose from three dinner options:
- Chicken Dinner – A delicious classic for those who prefer a traditional entrée.
- Beef Dinner – A hearty favorite that pairs beautifully with the evening's atmosphere.
- Chef's Wine Pairing Dinner – A specially crafted epicurean experience , featuring five gourmet courses expertly paired with each featured wine to enhance every sip and every bite.

As dinner is served, Goosecross Cellars representative Denise Campbell will guide you through the story of the winery while introducing each featured wine, sharing tasting notes and insights that make every pour even more memorable.
